I have porcelain skin and light blonde hair / lashes / brows. It is very difficult for me to pull off most brown and black mascara and eye / brow products without looking like a raccoon.

Le Volume de Chanel Mascara in Blue Night is the perfect compromise for evening wear and makes my blue-green eyes pop. My lashes look instantly longer and thicker and there is very little fallout. The brush is amazing!

Use Chanel La Base Mascara Primer before application to lock it in even longer.

My only negative is that the mascara brush holds so much product that I have to clean it off on the tube opening several times before application or I end up with “spider lashes”. I suggest having a lash brush on hand to separate your lashes after application. (I recommend MAC 204 Lash Brush.)

And Chanel’s Crayon Sourcils Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil in Blond Clair is a perfect shade to fill in my brows. The attached brush helps blend and smooth the product, even when on the go. It is long wearing and doesn’t budge after setting spray is applied. (Urban Decay’s All Nighter Vitamin C Hydrating Setting Spray is a current favorite.)

My only complaint with the Chanel brow pencil is that with age and use it can become a tad bit too waxy for my tastes, so you will need to keep a good eyebrow pencil sharpener handy. [link: Influenster]
